What is the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP)?
The doTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) is a program that provides free product credits for monthly purchases ordered on the program. As a participant in the Loyalty Rewards Program, you will immediately begin to earn product credits that can be used as cash to purchase doTERRA products. The longer you participate, the more credits you can earn — up to 30% of your total monthly Loyalty Rewards purchases!
What are the Benefits of the Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP)?
As a member of the Loyalty Rewards program, you’ll receive rewards points that can be redeemed for free products. Also, if you place a loyalty order of at least 125 Personal Volume (PV) between the 1st and 15th of a given month, you’ll receive the Product of the Month for free with your order! The Product of the Month changes every month.
What's the last date I can change my LRP Order?
You can change your LRP order up to the day before your scheduled monthly ship date.
What if I forgot to include something in my LRP Order?
When yout log into your account, simply click the "Update Products" button, edit your LRP cart, and click process now. You can update and process your Loyalty order as many times as you need in a single month. You will earn product credits for every Loyalty Order processed pursuant to your current percentage and PV amount.
How do the percentages work?
For every three months of LRP orders you place of at least 50 PV, your percentage will increase by 5% (maxing out at 30%). You start at 10% and end at 30%. See below for example:
- Months 1 through 3 of orders at least 50 PV, you receive 10% in product credits.
- Months 4 through 6 of orders at least 50 PV, you receive 15% in product credits.
- Months 7 through 9 of orders at least 50 PV, you receive 20% in product credits.
- Months 10 through 12 of orders at least 50 PV, you receive 25% in product credits.
- Month 13 and thereafter of orders at least 50 PV, you receive 30% in product credits.
This is an example of consecutive orders of 50 PV or more. Your orders do not have to be consecutive to advance your percentage.
What if I can't order at least 50 PV this month? Will I lose my current percentage?
As long as you order at least 1 PV through LRP a month, you will remain at your current percentage. You do not drop back.
What do you do with the Product Credits you earn?

Why Didn’t my LRP Order Process?
- The start date is set to a date in the future
- There are one or more items on backorder
- There are one or more items that have out-of-date/bad SKU numbers
- The template was already generated that month
- There was an order created by the template, but the credit card declined.
- A person changed their LRP date to the current day or created the LRP the day of rather than the day before (for example, on the 8th they set their LRP date for the 8th)
How do I order BOGO or Limited Time Only (LTO) Products through LRP?
Log into your account. Click "Update Products". Add the BOGO or LTO products and remove the items you don't want shipped. For LTO products, you must have one item saved in the cart that is not a LTO and has at least 1 PV (hand sanitizer, toothpaste, lemon oil, etc.) for your order to process.
Shipping Rewards Program (SRP)
When you place a loyalty rewards or enrollment order, you may qualify for free shipping or SRP (shipping rewards points)!
US loyalty rewards or enrollment orders of 100 Personal Volume (PV) or more qualify for free shipping.
If your order doesn’t qualify for free shipping, you’ll be awarded 5 SRP points instead. These points are added to your total rewards points balance. Regardless of shipping cost, only five SRP points can be earned on online loyalty or enrollment orders that don’t qualify for free shipping. Loyalty or enrollment orders placed through Member Services only qualify for 2.5 SRP points.
What are the LRP Terms & Conditions?
Minimum monthly Loyalty Rewards order of 50 PV to earn product credits
Orders with a minimum of 1 PV* will maintain both Loyalty Reward level (%)† and previously accrued points
No maximum monthly credit accumulation limit
Product credits expire 12 months from the date of issue
Product credits can be used to purchase full PV products only
Redemption orders have no PV
A redemption fee of $3 per order- shipping and handling charges will still apply
Must be an LRP participant for 60 days before credits can be redeemed
All product credits and percentage will be immediately cancelled with LRP cancellation
Product credits have no cash redemption value and are non-transferable
Cancellation of LRP order must take place over the telephone by calling Member Services at 1-800-411-8151
*Loyalty Rewards orders must exceed 50 PV per single order to earn Reward Points.
†Loyalty Rewards orders must exceed 50 PV per single order to advance Loyalty Reward levels (%).
